All content on the NovaLearn platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of NovaLearn or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without the express written permission of NovaLearn. Limited permission is granted to download and print course materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

The NovaLearn platform and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. NovaLearn may terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice. Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, and 11 of these Terms shall survive termination.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Palo Alto, California. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Alternatively, NovaLearn can choose the local court in the county the user resides in to adjudicate the dispute.

12. Changes to Terms

NovaLearn reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the NovaLearn platform and Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates or changes. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on the NovaLearn website.
